[JUL | AUG] Asia’s 50 Best Four Hands Dinner: Happy Paradise X Le Du ‘Chinese Diaspora’

Happy Paradise is delighted to announce the one-of-a-kind 4 Hands collaboration with Asia's 50 Best Restaurant, Le Du, on 23rd and 24th July 2019 in Bangkok; 15th Aug at Happy Paradise, Hong Kong. With the theme 'Chinese Diaspora' in mind, Chef May Chow (Asia Best 50 Female Chef 2017) and Happy Paradise team will be joining hands with Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (Chef Ton)'s Le Du (Asia's 50 Best 2018 and 2019 No.14) to curate this 3-nights only collaboration in both Bangkok and Hong Kong.

The dinner features signature dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from Hong Kong and Thailand, as well as exclusive dishes that reflects eating culture of Thai Chinese.
